Europe: £12.  Free on orders over £150.

Rest of World: £16.  Free on orders over £ 200.

• All Luvieh Jewellery is guaranteed for up to 1 (one) year. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or stray stones.

• If you notice broken or damaged parts in your pieces, send an email to info@luvieh.com, with a photo of the damaged area and your order number.

• You are entitled to 1 (one) full refund within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the jewellery is not worn and / or damaged. Preserve them in their original packaging.

• Send an email to info@luvieh.com to authorize the return or exchange.

• Luvieh Jewellery is not responsible for the cost of shipping the items for return or exchange.

Cancellations are only allowed if your order has still been dispatched. For any queries regarding cancellations, please contact the customer service team directly. Our team will inform you what measures can be taken. Send an email to info@luvieh.com.
